Supporting You on Your Faith Journey
Jesus calls us to follow His ways, but this is not always easy and the worship we do together on Sundays isn’t enough to shape us as His disciples. That’s why we intend to be a faith nurturing church and community, walking alongside each other, encouraging one another to be more Christ-like.
Current faith cultivating opportunities
Women's Bible Study
Typically running from October through April, women meet weekly with Pastor Rebecca Jordan-Heys.
Church book readings
Based on a current sermon series or topic we’re wrestling with as a community, we encourage church members to read a book and then hold breakout sessions to discuss.
Free church library
Can you tell we like reading? Wonderful volunteers keep our library collection fresh with both fiction and non-fiction books that shape hearts and minds.
Colossian Forum groups
Supported by curriculum developed by the local organization, members with different views on a hot topic come together to share openly and find an empathetic and loving way forward, despite differences.
Faith friends
Living out our baptismal promise to our youth, kids third grade and older are paired with an adult member who will help nurture their faith through prayer and mentorship.
